The iOS keyboard comes with a dedicated key for the access to the host of Emojis so that you can use it to express your mood. Part of this interface includes the poplar Emojis you use frequently, but sometimes the suggestions aren’t always your liking. However, with a new jailbreak tweak called FavoriteEmojis that is developed by Adeem Mawani, an iOS developer, you can manually designate your favorite Emojis; these are the ones that can populate the “Frequently Used.”
The “Frequently Used” header in the Emoji selectoron your keyboard will be still remained, so although it won’t change its old title; it will show the Emojis you’ve recently selected as favorites rather than those recommended icons based on your usage. With this new tweak, Instead of letting iOS system decide the ones you use the most, you can choose your own favorite Emojis. The tweak can help you route shortcuts to the difficult Emojis to find, as they require scrolling through the Emoji keyboard. If you use your device frequently, this can be useful, especially for those who usually do a lot of texting or instant messaging.

Favorite Emojis will give you a preferences pane in the Settings app where you can configure it to your liking, including:
- Toggle the tweak on or off as your favorite
- Select 30 favorite Emojis to populate the “Frequently Used” tab of the Emoji keyboard
- Respring the device to save the changes
We advise you to use the blue “Save Emoji List” button every time you want to make changes for the Emoji list. Once done, you can tap the Respring button so that your keyboard can apply the changes.
If you find using Emoijs more often than normal, then you should give FavoriteEmojis a try. It’s now available in Cydia’s BigBoss repository for only $0.99 and is compatible to all jailbroken iOS devices.
