A Great news for customers especially Sony fans who are buying a Sony smartphone. There is a discount for Sony Xperia X Compact in the US. According to US online retailers, Best Buy and Amazon are currently selling the smartphone at the pricing of $349.99, which is $50 lower than a few days back. And interestingly, all color options – Blue Mist, White, and Universe Black are in the same price $349.99. The smartphone had been released in the US in September with a price of $499.99. The two retailers had been selling the smartphone at just $299.99 for a few hours earlier today, so we expect that a similar price drop will happen again soon. But looking at how fast Xperia X Compact prices have been dropping over the past few weeks, we wouldn’t be surprised to see it discount further by the end of the year.
With the price at $349.99, there are too many impressive features the Sony Xperia X Compact brings for the customers, especially when it has an excellent rear camera and the promise of Sony for updating to Android 7.0 Nougat by early next year. Although the rest of the hardware isn’t too impressive for the price, it isn’t shabby either. You get a smartphone with a 4.6-inch HD IPS LCD screen coming with Sony Triluminos display tech and X-Reality Engine. Powering for the Xperia X Compact is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 hexa-core chipset clocked speed at 1.8 GHz, with Adreno 510 GPU for handling graphic. The chipset is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.
