Sony plans to debut Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact in the US Markets on February 7

Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact are the two high end devices that were internationally launched in selected markets this September by Sony. But the devices have still not been made available in the United States though a number of appraisers of the brand reside there. Of course, many of these users have managed to put their hands on both the international units of these devices unofficially, but nothing had gone official still date. Finally, the manufacturer made up- mind to launch both the units of the handsets in the US market on 7th February. So all the US Sony Lovers who are desperate to put hands on both these devices, just cross your fingers. Sony Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact are on the way.

As We told before that both these Smartphones are high-end devices, then you would definitely like to take a look on the specs and features of this devices. Even many of you must have the details already. But for those who already don’t have enough idea about the technical specs of both the devices, the Sony Xperia Z5 comes featured with a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS LCD screen and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor. To save your data, the handset supports 3GB of RAM with 32GB of expandable memory, to capture your special times support a 23 MP primary camera and for selfies and video calls packs a 5.1 MP front cam. To provide the users with durable power back-up, the Sony Xperia Z5 packs a  2,900 mAh battery.

Similarly, the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact boasts of a .6-inch IPS LCD screen with HD resolution, is powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor, supports 2GB of RAM with 32GB of storage, supports a microSD card for further memory expansion, packs  a similar 23MP primary and 5.1MP secondary camera, and a 2,700 mAh battery for power backup. Both these Smartphones run on the stock Android Lollipop OS and are up-gradable to the newest and most powerful Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Moving to the price part, the Sony Xperia Z5 will be made available in the US at the price tag of $599.99 whereas the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact will cost the users $499.99.
