Nokia, the other leading mobile manufacturer in the world has made an envious entry into the tablet segment, having introduced its first ever Windows RT tablet Lumia 2520. Along with this, the manufacturer has also unveiled two more Windows phones Lumia 1320 & Lumia 1520 and three brand new Asha phones Asha 500, Asha 502, & Asha 503.
The company names Lumia 2520 as an extension to the Lumia genre which is all the more enriched with ergonomic and lightweight design and is easy to carry due to its thin edges. Apart, it is more stylish in look and supports more demanding features like 4G LTE and WiFi connectivity. The device will be available in four different colours; White and Red with glossy finish & Cyan and Black with matte finish.
As per the revelation of the company, the tablet will be initially available in countries like UK, US and Finland and will gradually roll out in the other countries. It will start shipping in the 4th Quarter of 2013 and will be made available at a price tag of $499 (exclusive of taxes), that will cost around Rs. 30,800 in India. Also the Lumia 2520 is expected to come accompanied with the Nokia Power Keyboard that will cost almost $149 or Rs. 9,100 rupees.
