Motorola has started launching of the Moto G5 Plus smartphone in India from March 15th. As you know, Motorola revealed its duo mid-range smartphones: Moto G5 and Moto G5 plus at a press conference at MWC 2017. The smartphones are said to come with a fresh design and features, while the company has declared that the new versions will enhance the experience for the users.
To keep that promise, the company invited the customers for an event on March 15 in Delhi. At that event, the company launched the Moto G5 Plus smartphone for the Indian market and we’ll be able to get the official pricing as well as other specific information when this version goes on sale. However, Motorola’s invitation has just mentioned the Moto G5 Plus, so the release date for the smaller G5 is still mysterious and doubtful.

The Moto G5 Plus features a 5.2-inch full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3. Powering the device is the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 chipset, which is paired with 2/3/4 GB of RAM. The device will provide with two internal storage options: 32GB and 64 GB. In the camera department, the device will come equipped a 12-megapixel rear snapper f/1.7 aperture, autofocus, dual-LED at the back, while there is a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. In terms of the software, the Moto G5 Plus will run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS out-of-the-box. Keeping the light on is a 3,000mAh non-removable battery capacity with Motorola’s TurboPower fast charging support. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, 4G LTE support, and a fingerprint scanner embedded inside the Home button. The Moto G5 Plus will be available in Lunar Gray and Fine Gold color variants.
