It’s just a couple of days ago when we informed you about the feature-enriched Smartphone device from Micromax i.e. the Micromax Bolt A66 which was enlisted in the official website of the company, but that time we couldn’t reveal anything about its release date or price. However, now we have the information with us since of late the Smartphone hit the markets at a very affordable price tag of Rs. 6000. Let’s have a relook on the features and specs of the device.
The Micromax Bolt A66 sports a 4.5inch TFT display with 480×854 pixels resolution and runs on the Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean Operating System. It’s a dual SIM supported (GSM+GSM) Smartphone with normal size and comes powered with a 1GHz Spreadtrum SC7710G processor. Besides, it supports 512MB RAM with 512MB of built-in storage space & 32GB of expandable memory that you can get via a microSD card.
From camera points of view the Smartphone packs a 2MP rear camera with flash with no info on the front cam. Connectivity features of the device include Bluetooth, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi, EDGE, GPRS and 3G. It packs a 1500mAh battery that is claimed to provide the users with 116 hrs of Standby and up to 4.5 hrs of talktime. To make the Sartphone more user-friendly the company has integrated some unique apps such as Opera Mini, Hike, Spuul, Kingsoft Office, Game HUB and M! Live.
The two previously released A Series Smartphones Bolt A28 and A59 too pack excellent features in comparison to the price the company has fixed for them. While the Bolt A28 cost Rs. 3,674, the Bolt A59 was made available at a price of Rs. 4,542 in the online retail store. Both the devices were also Android devices that feature the Android 2.3 Gingerbread and Android 4.1 jelly Bean respectively.
