Lenovo has officially released its K6 Note smartphone in the Indian market. Be different than previous times, this time, Lenovo has decided offline selling for its newest Android phone. The Lenovo K6 Note will go for sale in two variants: 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM, with the price at Rs. 13,999 and Rs. 15,499 respectively. The device will be available through offline from December 17.
The Lenovo K6 Note comes with a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1080×1920 resolution. Inside the phone is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.2 GHz, with Adreno 505 GPU for handling graphics. It is packed with 3GB/ 4Gb of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a micro SD card slot. This new smartphone supports the Hybrid dual-SIM as well as a fingerprint sensor placed on the rear panel below the main camera. The device gets a 16-megapixel primary camera with dual-tone LED flash, along with an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

In term of connectivity and multimedia, the Lenovo K6 Note supports fully the latest connectivity including Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and Dolby Atmos. A 5000mAh battery powers the K6 Note. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
Sharing his views on the release of Lenovo K6 Note in India, Sudhin Mathur, the Executive Director of Lenovo Mobile Business Group, India, said “Different entertains better, and that’s why we’ve introduced the Lenovo K6 Note. We are also introducing the K-Series for the 1st time in the offline retail channel to ensure that a larger set of our consumers can enjoy the best multimedia immersive smartphone experience.”
Given the specs and pricing, the K6 Note is expected to compete with smartphones from other rivals like Xiaomi and LeEco in the market, so it would be pretty interesting to look forward how offline selling is effective for Lenovo K6 Note.
