After a long wait, the Lenovo P2 has finally been launched in Indian market. It went on sale yesterday on Flipkart with price at INR 16,999 for the 3GB RAM variant and INR 17,999 for the 4GB RAM option. The device was unveiled a few months ago with the exclusion of a huge battery up to 5100 mAh capacity and was officially made in India.
In terms of the specifications, the Lenovo P2 flaunts a 5.5-inch display with the 1920×1080 resolution. Inside is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor, which is clocked speed at 2.0 GHz based on Cortex-A53 architecture with Adreno 506 GPU. The chipset, as we said earlier, is packed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage or 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage option. On the back of the device features a 13-megapixel camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, PDAF, dual tone LED flash, and the capacity of 1080p video recording at 30fps.On the front is an 5-megapixel snapper which is expected to meet requirements well for selfies and video calls. The phone will run on Vibe UI customizable interface based Android 6.0 Marshmallow as soon as out-of-the-box. And all featured will be powered by an impressive 5100 mAh non removable battery, which is claimed to keep up to 768h at standby mode (3G). Other smart connectivity including supports 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, FM radio, Micro-USB, and GPS/ A-GPS are also supported. The fingerprint scanner is also embedded into the physical Home button. The phone measures 153 x 76 x 8.3 mm and weighs 175 grams. The phone will be available for exchanging and financing options from Flipkart.
