How to install Android Nougat CM 14.1 Custom ROM on 2013 LTE Google Nexus

A brand new Android Nougat Custom ROM is just recently released for the 2013 LTE Google Nexus devices.   • Once the flashing is finished, go back to the recovery menu and select “reboot system now”.
