The first important thing you will need to do is downloading an app named MyMedia from App Store. The app is like a file manager so that you can manage your media files on your device. Once you downloaded and installed the app, open the Facebook, and look for the video you would like to download such as a short video of your friend or an advertisement clip.
Tap to play a video you want to download. After that, you will see the option to share the video. Tap on the option and choose Copy Link. It will copy the direct URL link of the video to your iOS clipboard.
Now, press the Home button to come back the Home screen and open the MyMedia app and a browser interface will appear. Here, open up a website called savefrom.net and then paste the Facebook video URL link you have just copied and tap on the button so that the app deciphers message of the video link.
Depending on the video, you might have the options to download HD or SD resolution. Tapping on the option, you want to download the video.
Note: If savefrom.net cannot find the download link, then you can try downfacebook.com and paste the URL link there.
Next, the app will ask you to give a name for the video to start downloading. Once the download is finished, you are able to see the video in the Media tab of the app.
