Google Launches Nexus 5 & Nexus 7 Tablets in India

It’s numerous times before we have brought you important updates on the duo latest tablets from Google, the Nexus 5 & the Nexus 7 which got launched this November and July respectively. Though lots of speculations were going on regarding the launch of the two devices in the Indian market, but all speculations have come to an end since both the devices recently got launched in India. Now the users can directly place their orders for their favourite Smartphone from the Play Store.

While the Nexus 5 16GB model and 32GB model is available for order at a price tag of Rs. 28,999 & Rs. 32999 respectively, the Nexus 7 16GB WiFi only model costs Rs. 20,999 & the 32GB WiFi only model costs almost Rs. 23, 999. Further, the 32GB WiFi along with 3G (HSPA+LTE) Smartphone can be grabbed from the Play Store at Rs. 27,999. But the Nexus 7 16GB WiFi only model has not been made available yet and is supposed to go on sell by November 26.

Now let’s have a look on the features and specifications of the two devices. First turning to Google Nexus 5, the device packs a 4.95 inch full HD display that supports a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device runs on the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system which allows the users to choose contacts from the automatically suggested calls via the new dialler that it accompanies. Besides, the device is powered by a 2.26GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and supports 2GB of RAM. To give you ample space to store your needs data, the device supports 16GB/32GB of in-built storage space .

However, you will not be endowed with neither any additional storage space nor a microSD card to expand your storage. The tablet also carries a 8.0MP rear camera with a 1.3MP front cam to enrich your photo shoot experience. To provide you with flawless connectivity, the device includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G & NFC connectivity options. It too carries a wireless charger and dual microphones. The device is available in both Black & White colours and features a 2300mAh battery to give you long lasting power back-up. The Smartphone is quite handy since it weighs only 130 grams measures only 137.8×69.1×8.59 mm.

Conversely, the Nexus 7 flaunts a 7 inch Full HD display along with 1920×1200 pixels resolution and supports a noteworthy 323ppi pixel density. The handset comes powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz and runs on the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. In fact, Nexus 7 is the first device to operate the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS and it continues to run on the same version still date even. Besides, the device supports 2GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB internal storage space which can’t be extended with any microSD card. The device features a 5MP rear camera along with a 1.2 MP front camera which are more versatile to make your movements special via their lenses.
